We are looking for an experienced, professional, and trustworthy person who is punctual, responsible, and task-oriented. The scope of duties primarily includes: scheduling and confirming appointments for our patients, collecting, processing, and entering payments, contacting insurance companies to verify benefits, claims status, or pre-treatment estimates, updating patients' records, reading and replying to emails, and responding to voice messages.
Experience with Dentrix is a great plus.
