You’ll be working in a respectful, family-oriented household while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world business operations, decision-making, and leadership.We are seeking a professional, organized, and compassionate full-time personal assistant to support a private household in Chatham, MA. The role combines executive and administrative support (60–70%) with light caregiving and household assistance (30–40%) for two elderly family members.This position is ideal for a proactive, curious, and responsible individual who enjoys both business and home management — someone who thrives in a structured but dynamic environment and can balance administrative duties with meaningful, people-focused work.(Salary based on experience)

Primary Responsibilities

Administrative / Personal Assistant (60–70%)

Provide day-to-day support to an entrepreneur involved in real estate development, construction, and investment.

Family Care & Household Support (30–40%)

Assist two elderly family members during breakfast and dinner (basic meal prep, serving, companionship).

Light housekeeping, laundry, and general household upkeep.

Maintain household inventory and organize refrigerator/pantry (discard expired items, restock as needed).

Foster a comfortable, safe, and welcoming home environment.

Manage calendars, correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Coordinate vendors, property maintenance, and household service providers.

Track expenses, invoices, and handle basic recordkeeping.

Oversee grocery orders, deliveries, and general household logistics.

Communicate regularly with management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or household manager preferred but not required.

Eager to learn and able to adapt to new tasks quickly.

Strong organization and multitasking skills.

Professional communication and discretion with confidential matters.

Compassionate and respectful attitude toward elderly family members.

Tech-savvy (comfortable using phone/tablet apps and online scheduling tools).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
