Description We are in the search for a Marketing Manager to guide and supervise our credit union's daily marketing functions. This role is located in New Bedford, Massachusetts, and will be instrumental in overseeing the development and implementation of all our marketing initiatives, ensuring compliance with credit union policies and external regulations. It is an exciting opportunity in the financial services sector.Responsibilities: Develop, supervise, and align the marketing budget with the credit union's overall strategic plan. Prepare and present quarterly and annual marketing plan reports to the Marketing Committee. Execute the annual strategic marketing plan in alignment with the credit union's strategic goals. Design and implement innovative marketing and public relations concepts and evaluate their effectiveness. Analyze market trends and demographic data, and respond promptly and strategically to changing trends in the marketplace. Recommend new services and modifications to existing services to better cater to members' financial needs. Coordinate the implementation of various promotional campaigns. Communicate website changes and upgrades to the website developer. Gather and interpret data from different sources to measure the impact of marketing efforts. Work on staff product training for effective cross-selling. Coordinate customer feedback mechanisms and assist in organizing community events. Ensure compliance of all marketing materials with State and Federal regulations. Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for the marketing function. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position Proficient in using CRM and Database systems Familiarity with EO/IR systems Experience with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics Proven track record of successful advertisements and campaigns Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness Knowledge of budget processes relevant to marketing Experience in campaign planning and execution Excellent customer service skills Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns Drive to achieve ambitious performance goals Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
