You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of our market-leading HCM products, impacting the lives of millions of employees worldwide.You will collaborate closely with senior product leadership to define and execute a compelling product strategy that delivers exceptional value to our customers. You will help develop the product roadmap, focused on innovation and customer centricity. By leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer needs, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches that exceed expectations.Responsibilities: Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with the overall business objectives Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality solutions that exceed customer expectations Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products to market Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product teamRequired/minimum qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS applications within an Agile environment 2+ years of experience leading product teams in a management role We work in a collaborative hybrid model. 3 days per week in the office is required. Local candidates preferred.Preferred: HCM product management experience Comfortable and experienced presenting to various audiences and levels Experience working with both technical and business user communities Strong use of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products#LI-HYBRIDWhere we’re goingUKG is on the cusp of something truly special. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
