Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in Manchester, Massachusetts. This role is critical to our operations in the financial services industry, where you'll be utilizing your skills in various accounting software systems and functions. Responsibilities: Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks efficiently. Use Accounting Software Systems like QuickBooks & CRM Conduct regular auditing of financial transactions and records. Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately. Manage and update customer credit records regularly. Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts and resolve any issues promptly. Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions for any discrepancies. Process customer credit applications accurately, adhering to our financial policies and procedures. Maintain an organized system for financial data, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
