Healthy Families Program Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide individual supervision to assigned home visitors on a weekly basisArranges for regular shadow home visits for quality assurance with assigned superviseesEducate and support staff regarding clinical issues such as maternal health, pregnancy, child development, and parent child interaction Assists staff in maintaining a strength based, culturally humble, family centered perspective in their work with familiesSupports and provides guidance to staff around crisis intervention and issues related to child abuse and neglect Maintain supervision records and other required documentationProvides orientation and training to new staff membersParticipate in required Children’s Trust Fund trainings and meetings
