Brigham Healthcare and Rehab in Newburyport is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Responsibilities/Requirements Include:
Maintenance of Buildings, Grounds and Equipment
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Basic knowledge of plastering, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, painting and construction at a skilled nursing facility preferred Working both indoors and outdoors.
Ability to multi task and respond in a timely manner to resident service requests.
Customer service skills in working with peers, supervisor, and residents.
Experience in maintenance in a long term care facility a plus HS diploma or GED Strong communication skills
Must have own transportation
Job Type:
Full Time - Monday - Friday on call necessary at times
