Description We are in search of a meticulous Contract Administrator to join our team in the construction industry in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities include: Accurately processing contract details and ensuring all paperwork is correctly filed and updated Managing high-volume data entry tasks with precision and timeliness Independently monitoring and managing customer accounts and taking necessary actions as needed Handling the sending and receiving of contracts, ensuring all parties have signed and the documents are properly stored Utilizing DocuSign for digital contract management and other tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for efficient task completion Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly Ensuring all tasks are completed with a high level of detail and accuracy Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient operations Adapting to a high-volume, production environment and working effectively under pressure. It's important to note that this job requires the ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks with patience and accuracy.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with DocuSign is required. Proven ability in data entry and maintaining accurate records. Strong written communication skills for email correspondence. Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively. Previous experience in a Contract Administrator role within the Construction/Contractor industry is preferred. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
