Software Engineer, Backend (IoT & AWS)

Design, Build, and optimize solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, IoT Core, API Gateway, S3, IAM and CloudWatch.Solid experience in AWS services for application hosting, database, networking and storageCollaborate with Front end (React Native) mobile development team for smooth integration and data flowStrong understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework principles, especially in the areas of security, reliability, and cost optimization.Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.Work within agile teams using Jira, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across the full stack.Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to architect and build cloud-native systems.Research, recommend and implement optimizations of existing code repos.Participate in sprint planning sessions, daily standups, demo days and sprint reviews.Continue to learn and grow professionally as a cloud native engineer as new cloud services and solutions come to the market. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for new features and infrastructure, including Data Flow Diagrams, Concepts of Operation, and Sequence Diagrams.
