Responsibilities of Compliance Specialist:-Ensure company operations comply with relevant regulations and standards-Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, standards, and best practices-Complete regular inspections and audits-Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs for company compliance-Maintain all compliance documentation and record-keeping-Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve compliance issues-Act as point of contact for regulatory agencies-Identify and investigate incidents, non-conformities, and customer complaints-perform other related tasks as assignedRequirements of Compliance Specialist:-Minimum Bachelor s Degree in related field-Certificate in compliance management a plus-At least 5 years experience in compliance management-Previous experience conducting audits, inspections, and investigations-Strong analytical skills-Preferred familiarity with quality management and environmental management systems-Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Software-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Possess indepth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in industryHours: 6:30am-3:30pm Monday-FridayPay Rate: $70, 000-$85, 000/year Job Requirements It is the policy of The Alpha Group, Inc.
