Unique opportunity for a Personal Care Assistant looking for a long-term part-time position. The care is for a disabled 40-year-old woman in the Northampton area. She lives alone (in a scent free environment) and needs help to remain independent and stay in her own home. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, medication management, help with personal care, and companionship. She wakes up early and needs help getting up in the morning, so her day begins by 6 am. We have various hours available from 6 am until 2 pm or from 2 pm until 9 or 10 pm including some weekend hours. Once we find the right fit, we'll make the hours work. The important thing is finding the right person, and our team of awesome women are willing to be as flexible as possible. The working environment is pleasant and comfortable (cool), but it's not on a bus route so you need a reliable vehicle.
