Relocation not offered at this timeWe are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Product Owner of Agile Tools to join our team and drive transformative changes in Agile delivery at scale. This role is central to enhancing and optimizing our Agile processes, tools, and reporting capabilities, particularly with Targetprocess (Apptio). You will play a critical role in modernizing our Agile delivery practices, empowering cross-functional teams, and driving innovation.As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with stakeholders across strategy, technology, and analytics to prioritize and implement impactful solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Agile tools, specifically Targetprocess, as well as the ability to align tool capabilities with business needs. Shape Strategy: Define and execute strategies to enhance our Agile Delivery experience, leveraging tools like Jira, Tableau, ServiceNow, and Targetprocess.
Drive Roadmaps: Build and manage technology product roadmaps based on user feedback, business priorities, and emerging market trends.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful product features and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Champion User Experience: Advocate for intuitive, user-friendly solutions that simplify and enhance Agile processes while meeting the needs of diverse user groups.
Optimize Performance: Use data-driven insights to refine tools and workflows, ensuring measurable impact on team productivity and delivery outcomes.
Stay Compliant: Ensure all tools and processes comply with banking regulations and data privacy standards while driving innovation and maintaining a strong user focus.
What We’re Looking For:
2-5 years of experience in Agile delivery, product management, or related roles, with proven expertise in Targetprocess (Apptio).
Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Tableau, ServiceNow) with advanced knowledge of integrations and workflows.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to engage cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
Analytical and customer-centric problem-solving skills, with the ability to use metrics and data to guide decision-making.
Growth mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, tackle new challenges, and drive innovation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
