DescriptionCitizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Senior Business Analyst for its Westwood, MA location.Duties: Analyzes and evaluates business and technology requirements and consults with stakeholders from various departments. Identifies areas for the development of automation solutions to improve business processes, with a special focus on in-branch and digital experiences, including Ingenico Device flows, 2-in-1 device flows, eConsent, ID Verify, OTP, Application risk checks, and Systematics/MBP. Provides recommendations on new and enhanced systems, software, upgrades, and modifications. Ensures the systems and processes meet business acceptance standards and to comply with risk/privacy standards.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or related field, followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in the role or in a related position. Full term of experience must include: Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, scope, and creating objectives to derive insights using ServiceNow and Tableau; Assessing the feasibility of proposed technical changes by evaluating compatibility of new systems, and the impacts of process changes on existing workflows, systems, and stakeholders using techniques, including SWOT Analysis, market research, decision trees; Implementing transformational projects, including ServiceNow and Oracle Cloud ERP migrations, and OneStream financial planning; Creating flowcharts, swim lane diagrams, and Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN) models of business processes using Microsoft Visio; Creating prototypes, mockups, and wireframes to visually represent proposed solutions using Balsamiq; Identifying applications to integrate with target systems, including ServiceNow, SailPoint IIQ, and Oracle Cloud ERP, defining the type of integration, mapping rules and transformation logic for data migration, and processing data feeds from source to target system; Creating conceptual and logical diagrams, including entity relation diagrams, for building data models, defining data attributes, and performing data validation using SQL operations, including Data Definition Language and Data Manipulation Language commands; Gathering data from sources, including Oracle HCM Data Warehouse, ServiceNow, SailPoint, Application System Registry, and ensuring data integrity by validating data accuracy and developing insightful reports using MySQL and Microsoft Excel; Transferring data files between systems via SFTP and migrating data from sFTP server to ServiceNow in the form of subsets for functional, regression, and system testing; and Monitoring and measuring progress of business cases by tracking key performance indicators, identifying areas of modifications using statistical techniques, including bar graphs, heat maps, and pie charts, and creating interactive dashboards with tools, including ServiceNow, and Tableau.
