A Front of House (FOH) worker is the face of the pizzeria, responsible for delivering excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a smooth experience. This role includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation in all guest-facing areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them into the POS system
Answer menu questions and provide recommendations
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set
Process customer payments and issue receipts
Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service
Follow all health and safety regulations
