We’re looking for a high-energy, experienced Lead Line Cook to help run our fast-paced kitchen and keep our culinary operations sharp, efficient, and creative. If you thrive under pressure, love building great food, and know how to lead a team, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
-Lead kitchen operations during service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
-Create weekly specials that are cost-efficient, exciting, and on brand
-Oversee and train back-of-house staff
-Manage inventory, conduct weekly counts, and handle food ordering
-Control food and labor costs through smart planning and accurate forecasting
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
-Ensure consistent food quality, timing, and presentation
-Collaborate with management to improve workflow and kitchen systems
What We’re Looking For:
-2–5+ years experience as a line cook, sous chef, or kitchen lead
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Ability to run a tight, efficient line during peak hours
-Creative mindset for building specials and improving menu offerings
-Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices
-Experience with cost control, waste reduction, and labor management
-Reliable, professional, and motivated
-ServSafe Manager Certified
-Allergen Awareness Certified
