Brothers Remodeling & Design, Inc. is in need of two Lead Carpenters that can run multiple projects.
The applicants must have at least 15 years in the remodeling and construction industry, must possess Mass CSL, have own tools, must be able to lead a team, and trade professionals. Must be able to complete projects in time allowed, and at the highest level of quality. Must posses the knowledge of large scale remodeling projects. Must have proven experience with framing and structural aspects of remodeling. Must have the skill to install cabinets and finish trim. Must be able to read prints, and be able to make adjustments midstream on a project. Must have a good personality and conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Most projects are within 30 - 40 minutes form home office. Occasionally we will work outside of our area.
Compensation will be determined by knowledge and skill level, and in some cases we are willing to pay more than the $100k advertised, if the right candidate is found.
