ResponsibilitiesProvide routine paramedical, clerical & technical assistance related to MRI procedures including Reviewing the Safety Questionnaire with the patient and assisting the patient into hospital appointed attire, for safe scanning. If applicable, the PCTA will place an IV in the patient prior to their study. Using Epic, the PCTA will communicate with the team through Snapboard. Scanner assignments will be used to divide the workload between the number of PCTAs schedule for that day. PCTAs are responsible for a clean and stocked work area at all times.Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Progressive knowledge in methods, procedures, materials and equipment of designated area.

Desired Qualifications

IV, blood draw experience is a desired requirement, but it can be taught upon hiring.
