About Us
We are a busy, high-volume Coney Island restaurant known for fast service, great food, and a strong team environment. We are expanding our kitchen team and looking for experienced, dependable Line Cooks who can perform well under pressure and handle a fast-paced diner-style menu.
Responsibilities
Operate a high-volume flat-top grill with speed and accuracy
Prepare and cook menu items including breakfast plates, omelettes, skillets, burgers, coneys, and sandwiches
Follow portion sizes and recipes to maintain consistency
Set up and stock stations before and during shifts
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation
Communicate efficiently with servers and other kitchen staff
Assist with prep work and end-of-day cleaning
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
1+ year experience as a line cook, grill cook, or short-order cook (preferred)
Ability to work efficiently during busy rushes
Strong attention to detail and portion control
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs
Morning, Evening and Weekend shifts available
