We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Cleaner/Janitor for a part-time position at a large office in Ann Arbor, MI.
The primary responsibilities for this role include trash removal, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, and dusting. The work is performed five days a week, after 6:30 PM, with shifts lasting approximately three hours. We offer flexible scheduling.
Preferred candidates will have commercial cleaning experience. Additionally, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be at least 18 years old
Be available for evening work
Be able to work independently
Have dependable transportation
Possess a strong work history
Have a felony-free background
Be able to pass a drug screening
Maintain a neat appearance
The starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour, with a re-evaluation after 90 days and potential for performance-based increases up to $19.00 per hour. We provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and training.
