Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a File Clerk in AUBURN HILLS, Michigan. You will be primarily working within the financial services industry, focusing on the organization and maintenance of crucial documents. Your role will involve the use of various software tools, including Adobe Acrobat and IBM AS/400, for document scanning and uploading tasks.Responsibilities: Accurately scan documents into system portals using Adobe Acrobat. Carry out clerical tasks, including filing and organization of documents. Utilize A-Systems and ADP - Financial Services tools for specific operations. Manage inbound calls, providing required information and resolving inquiries. Ensure all documents are filed correctly in the system with the help of IBM AS/400. Employ Epic Software for diverse tasks related to document management. Keep precise records of all documents and correspondences. Generate charts and graphs using About Time software for reporting tasks. Respond to correspondences in a detailed and prompt manner. Oversee customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when required. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document management and editing Experience with ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial operations Knowledge of A-Systems for job-cost accounting tasks Familiarity with Epic Software for healthcare information system tasks Proficiency in using IBM AS/400 for business computer system tasks Experience with About Time for mobile time and attendance tracking Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally and efficiently Proficiency in creating Charts - Graphs for data visualization Experience in performing Clerical Duties including filing, typing, and scheduling Skilled in managing Correspondence, including emails, letters, and other forms of communication TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
