Design, develop, and release powertrain, differential, EDM, and cradle mounts from concept to vehicle launchCoordinate validation and testing with cross-functional teams (NVH, Dynamics, Vehicle Integration, Stress Lab, CAE)Lead component design using FMEA and CAE toolsEnsure vehicle packaging compliance and drawing/model integrityManage change processes (CN, EBOM/CODEP) and issue tracking (GIMs)Oversee component validation (DVP&R)Support builds at OEM assembly and supplier plantsDesign fastened joints and develop torque specifications
