Principal IT Consultant – SAP US Payroll

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Join the HRIT and Payroll support Team to perform SAP Payroll Systems Management activities in support of business requirements, improving or adding new functionality to the existing SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape.Review existing solutions and processes to identify areas for improvement, maintain integrity of the HCM solutions by reviewing build and run changes, provide input for future solutions & system architecture, by applying knowledge of SAP HCM US-PY.Assist with bridging the gap between understanding the requirements, functional specifications, testing, and delivery.Ensure system stability and performance during the company’s transition to a standalone environment, with a focus on risk mitigation, data integrity, and compliance.Proven track record in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably within spin-offs, carve-outs, or other complex transformation scenarios.Perform and manage configuration on SAP Payroll.Manage projects and project teams to successfully deliver medium and large-scale projects.Exceptional problem-solving, effective communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with both external teams and senior business leaders.
