Job Title: Production SupervisorJob DescriptionWe are seeking two Production Supervisors to manage 35-40 employees on 2nd shift and 3rd shift. You will oversee 3-5 team leads and ensure smooth operations. The facility uses 500-1,000 ton hydraulic-driven presses that mold hot rubber into flexible products. Supervisors will need to address the wear and tear on tooling and fixtures, maintaining production within tolerance. Responsibilities include overseeing die setters who handle equipment shutdowns, mold changes, and first-piece run-offs.Hard Skills
