Scope of work Provides services in the home or facility which include any of the following: personal care for an adult including hygiene and bathing, memory care, simple self-care procedures, vital sign and other health monitoring, use of assistive devices including wheelchairs, meal planning and preparation, supervision, transportation, companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping and assistance with procedures as assigned. Documents services on provided forms and systems.Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent, preferred
Previous health care employment or caregiver experience, preferred
Driver's License - State of Michigan, Upon Hire, required
At least one Certification from preferred list, Upon Hire - Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or ARC American Red Cross
