Essential Job Functions:
Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns and related documentation.
Research and resolve federal, state, and local governmental audits and notices.
Maintain income tax accounting records and support quarterly and annual income tax provisions.
Conduct research and analysis to support tax planning initiatives.
Evaluate the tax implications of acquisitions and dispositions.
Collaborate with international teams to integrate key data into tax filings and ensure compliance.
Stay ahead of changes in tax legislation to ensure the organization remains compliant.
Supplemental Job Functions:
Build strong relationships with internal departments, including financial, legal, and HR teams, to address income and non-income tax matters (e.g., sales/use tax, property tax, employment tax).
Partner with external accountants on tax return preparation, tax savings projects, and accounting for income taxes.

Required:
B.S. in Accounting.
CPA license.
1 or more years of progressive tax experience, including consolidated returns for multinational companies.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional organizational skills and initiative to improve tax processes.
Preferred:
Master’s in Taxation.
Experience with a Big 4 or large regional public accounting firm.
Working Conditions:
Full-time, office-based position with a collaborative team environment.
Software Proficiency:
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience with CSC Corptax Software is a plus.
