Hadi Auto Mechanic is a new and growing auto repair shop in Lincoln Park, Michigan. We are looking for a motivated Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to be part of a team and help grow a business together.
This position offers a base pay plus a percentage, giving you the opportunity to earn more as the shop builds customers and volume.

Responsibilities
Perform minor to intermediate mechanical repairs
Oil changes, fluid services, and basic maintenance
Mount, balance, rotate, and repair all types of tires
Brake jobs, suspension work, and common repairs
Diagnose basic mechanical issues
Inspect vehicles and recommend needed repairs
Keep shop and work area clean and organized
Work closely with the owner to improve efficiency and customer service

Requirements
1+ year of auto mechanic experience (shop experience preferred)
Ability to handle minor to intermediate repairs independently
Strong experience with tires and routine services
Must have own basic tools
Valid driver’s license
Reliable, honest, and team-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the business
