We are seeking established, experienced, and professional residential and commercial cleaning contractors to serve properties throughout the Metro Detroit area.

Key Terms and Conditions:
+ This is not an offer for employment, but rather, would be an independent third party contractor
+ You will need to need to provide proof of business liability insurance, and workers compensation insurance (if applicable)
+ You will be responsible for providing your own cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment necessary to perform the scope of work
+ Invoices for work performed shall be submitted monthly, net 30 payment terms
General Requirements and Qualifications:
+ Responding party should have at least 3 years commercial cleaning experience
+ Greater than 3 years experience operating a commercial cleaning company is strongly preferred
+ Strong attention to detail with a "customer first" mentality
+ Established operational controls to ensure work is performed on time, on budget, and consistently meets requirements
+ High levels of professionalism at all levels of the organization.
Task Descriptions:
+ Contracted work will generally follow basic commercial cleaning tasks and duties such as sweeping/mopping floors, operating floor scrubbers and equipment, vacuuming, polishing glass/chrome/stainless, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning restrooms/breakrooms/conference rooms, dusting, and maintaining supplies/equipment/storage areas
