Helper/ labor on a windows crew

Looking to add someone on a window installation crew, job consist of removal of old windows and bring in new ones, cleaning up and maintaining the job site, work is 5 days a week, paid weekly, you'll need reliable transportation to get to the jobsite, we work all over SE Michigan, from Farmington hills to fenton , Brighton, rodchester hills, pay is 1099 and it's based on your knowledge, the more you learn and progress the more you make, base starting pay rate for someone who has no experience in this field , that can be discussed, jobs can be fast paced and usually work for 6 to 8 hours a day, no weekends, we have plenty of work all year round, rain, snow , when it's hot and when it's cold out, having experience and some basic hand tools is a plus.
