we need someone that already knows how to lease houses (no training). must have done single family homes before.
pay is half a months rent every time a tenant you found moves in. most rents 1100-1400 so you get $550-700 per move in. the more you lease the more you make. average agent does decent when they hustle
we put all the houses on zillow hotpads etc already and send you the leads. we also pay for signs or whatever else you want
you gotta have a car, be able to show days nights and weekends, return calls and texts fast, and actually get apps filled out.
