JC Beal Construction LLC has immediate and long term opportunities for experienced carpenters on residential and commercial projects throughout Metro Detroit, and more broadly SE Michigan.
Skill sets in special demand include:
Rough Framing
Siding, Trim, and Window Installation
Cabinet and interior trim installation
All around Maintenance Work, preferably with some basic plumbing / electrical familiarity
You must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and own, or be willing to invest in, some basic tools, and show up every day ready to contribute.
Assignments will at least initially be primarily in the City of Detroit, and Detroit resident candidates may receive special consideration for this positions. Work hours are generally Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM but you may have overtime opportunities and should be available on off hours for occasional emergencies.
