A national auto parts/ tire delivery company is looking for a Key account Manager to support our clients in the Michigan area. (Detroit Metro, Grand Rapids)
You will be the face of the company and serve as the liaison between the company and the client.
Primary responsibilities include but not are limited to:
- Coordinating a pool of independent contractor drivers to support parts delivery.
- Recruit and mentor new drivers to meet the growing needs of the clients.
- Maintain contact with client on regular basis.
- Daily record keeping.
- Submit schedules drivers worked for payroll processing.
- Travel and assist of implementation of new accounts outside of the Michigan area, if and when needed. (New York, Chicago, Florida, ETC) (Expenses covered)
The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:
-Excellent customer services skills with a can-do attitude, “never say no to the customer!”
Bilingual, Microsoft excel, outlook, Word proficiency a plus.
