Description We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a special focus on revenue and reimbursement within the healthcare industry. The ideal Finance Manager candidate will possess a strategic mindset, be well-versed in the financial aspects of the healthcare sector, and have a solid understanding of healthcare reimbursement models. However most of this is learned professionally in the field, will consider Finance Managers WITHOUT healthcare industry experience that are passionate about the field and willing to put in the work to shorten the learning curve. Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial systems implementation, budgeting, expenditure tracking, financial reporting, and accounting.
Develop and implement revenue and reimbursement strategies that align with the organization's operational and financial objectives.
Provide expertise on healthcare reimbursement models, including Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance.
Understand evolving healthcare regulations and consistently update the revenue and reimbursement protocols to remain compliant.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to maximize revenue, minimizing cost, and optimizing financial efficiency.
Develop relationships with payers, providers, regulatory agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Participate in contract negotiation with payers.
Coordinate with departments within the organization to ensure coordination and understanding of financial operations and strategies.
Provide regular reports to senior management about the financial status and trends related to reimbursement and revenue.
