As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager / Assistant to help oversee our daily operations and keep our wholesale office running smoothly
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Office Manager / Assistant that will move to Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, manage order processing, support the sales team, and maintain smooth communication with vendors and customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative and office operations for the wholesale department.
Manage order entry, invoicing, and customer account maintenance.
Coordinate communication between sales, production, and shipping teams.
Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and purchasing records.
Supervise or assist with inside sales and customer service activities.
Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory, and customer accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support management in scheduling, payroll, and vendor coordination as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management, wholesale, or distribution (2–5 years preferred).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems a plus.
Ability to lead a small team and foster a positive, efficient work environment.
High school diploma required.
