Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in the IT industry, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role will involve providing level 2 technical support, leading the transition from Google to Microsoft Office products, and demonstrating leadership skills beyond basic ticketing and help desk support.Responsibilities: Provide level 2 technical support to assist with hardware and software issues. Take the lead in transitioning from Google products to Microsoft Office products. Use Android Development and Cisco Technologies to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Utilize knowledge of Citrix Technologies and Mac Computers to support users. Employ skills in Microsoft Active Directory and Apple Devices for system management. Handle computer hardware issues and perform Configuration Management. Carry out deployments using Microsoft Certification and Microsoft Exchange knowledge. Assist in managing Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Outlook for customer support. Demonstrate leadership skills in managing customer inquiries and issues. Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently. Requirements Demonstrable proficiency in Android Development Experience with Cisco Technologies Familiarity with Citrix Technologies Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Mac Computers Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, and Microsoft Outlook Understanding and experience with Active Directory Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Apple Devices Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Configuration Management Experience with Deployments Microsoft Certification is highly desirable Understanding of Microsoft Exchange Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft SQL Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to provide technical support to users.
