Job Title: Customer Sales & Service Representative-THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITIONLocation: Kingsford, MIPay: $17.00 - $17.50 per Hour (Can go up to $21 when hired on permanently)What’s the Job?
Customer service role- taking calls from customers, making sales and occasionally going into the warehouse to assist in picking small orders. This team truly works as a team and everyone is expected to help out!
Provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.
Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns.
Sourcing parts.
Assist in generating sales.
Help in the stockroom as needed.
What’s Needed?
Temp to perm opportunity and once hired on, opportunity to make commission! $17/17.50 per hour and can go up to $21 once hired on. Good benefits as well.
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Full time, temp to permanent for the right person.
6+ months customer service or inside sales experience.
Attention to detail.
Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
Basic computer/Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR).
