Interpreting and entering client samples into computer system; managing large projects;Maintaining client files; delivering rush samples;Serving as information contact at receipt of samples in an efficient and detailed manner with a high degree of quality.Document receipt of stability samples and complete inventories.Appropriately handle documentation. Understand stability requirements – protocols, LIMS, storage chamber conditions, labeling of samples and storage positions.Review stability studies.Provide support for project managers and laboratory staff.Compose business appropriate communication (e.g. e-mail, document) for client or internal use.
