Job Title: Team LeadJob DescriptionWe are seeking a team lead to oversee assemblers in our coffee machine assembly process. The initial month will involve training on various assembly processes. Post training, you will oversee approximately 20 assemblers and report directly to the plant manager. This role requires reporting numbers and orders to the plant manager at the start and end of each day.Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a team of around 20 assemblers.
Train on different processes of coffee machine assembly for the first month.
Report numbers and orders to the plant manager in the morning and at the end of the day.
Ensure the assembly process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Essential Skills
2+ years of leadership experience in a non-automotive industrial environment, having led at least 10 employees.
3+ years of small part assembly experience with parts less than 5lbs, using basic hand tools.
Outgoing and talkative personality.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Formal supervision experience.
Experience as an Amazon team lead or in a supervisory role.
