Description We are in search of a Product Owner to join our team in Troy, Michigan. This is a hybrid onsite role and involves managing a Tier 1 support workstream and working closely with business stakeholders to provide clear and practical solutions. The position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, with a focus on customer management, communication, and system access support. The ideal candidate will have strong QA experience we encourage you to apply today!Responsibilities: Oversee the support team responsible for handling user issues, systems access, and confirm requests are resolved effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels for request clarifications, gather requirements, documentation, and align with business objectives. Communicate, report, resolve issue status to end users in a timely manner. Support access and permissions for users on systems and troubleshoot any access issues. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and retrospectives ensuring smooth delivery of support and new features. Monitor, manage, document, and prioritize product backlog, with a focus on resolving technical issues and improving user experience.
