Description Robert Half is seeking a Digital Project Manager in TROY, Michigan for a long-term employment opportunity with a well-established agency supporting automotive clients with creative and marketing projects. The role will primarily involve managing projects within the advertising and marketing agency industry, managing budgets, workflows, using Excel, PowerPoint, and PM software. The workplace will be a hybrid environment, allowing for flexibility between remote and onsite work, working in person 3 days per week consistently. Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing the entire life cycle of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring all deliverables are met on time. Utilizing Atlassian Jira, BaseCamp, Trello, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and CRM for project management and tracking. Coordinating with various departments and serving as a liaison between creatives and clients. Managing digital project management tasks, ensuring digital content is delivered on time, and overseeing creative project management. Creating presentations and sheets as required, and delegating projects to creative resources. Applying time management skills to manage billable hours effectively to client projects. Using a variety of tools including Microsoft Teams, Basecamp, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to facilitate project management. Applying knowledge of budget processes to control project costs and ensure financial efficiency. Applying digital marketing skills to manage online promotional campaigns and strategies. Managing client databases to ensure all customer information is up to date and accessible. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Management role within an agency Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet and Microsoft Project Experience with CRM systems desired Understanding of Budget Processes Exceptional Customer Service skills Ability to manage and deliver project Deliverables on time Previous experience in a Digital Agency is REQUIRED Strong Digital Project management skills Excellent Time Management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated problem-solving skills Advertising or Digital/Creative industry experience is required.
