This position serves LEONI’s North American Project Management Department responsible for overseeing the P&L, leading actions to meet targets, and defining countermeasures for deviations in collaboration with relevant functions.The candidate will assume full autonomy in all customer-facing interactions—serving as LEONI’s trusted representative and stewarding our brand, values, and commitments.Job Profile DescriptionLead customer projects from RFQ (Gate 10) to end of production (Gate 70), ensuring adherence to LEONI project management processes and standards.Define profitability targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective measures for deviations in schedule, budget, and quality.Prepare and present project status reports at the account level, facilitate gate review meetings, and escalate decisions to the Project Steering Committee.Coordinate cross-functional work packages, conduct stakeholder analyses, and manage customer escalations through the defined escalation path.Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, KPIs, and risk/opportunity portfolios, ensuring timely follow-up on action plans.Establish and manage internal and external communication structures, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and documentation.Apply risk management guidelines to identify, track, and mitigate project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
