Rebates & Fees Analyst

Description We are in search of a Rebates & Fees Analyst to join a team in Arden Hills, Minnesota. The successful candidate will be a part of the Commercial Services Team and will be tasked with ensuring accurate data and compliance. Responsibilities: Oversee and provide insightful analysis related to rebate settlement Ensure prompt rebate payments and facilitate customer market share communications Handle the processing, settlement, payment, and reporting of rebates within our Revenue Management systems Support principal analyst with workload requests Maintain a thorough understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract rebate obligations are met timely and accurately Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify or resolve questions related to agreement language, contract setup, or customer requirements Demonstrate proficiency in using excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, Lookup, comfortable reading formulas, etc.) Exhibit a detail-oriented approach to work and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Maintain customer credit records accurately and efficiently Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with VLOOKUP function 4+ years of work experience, in finance, accounting, sales operations, contract administration or another related field Experience in finance and accounting functions, specifically in payment processing Understanding of compliance and contract administration, particularly in relation to rebates and fees Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques, with the ability to provide oversight to internal teams Knowledge of settlement processes and contract compliance Understanding of market share dynamics and rebate structures Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
