We are seeking a full-time project manager to add to our team in the Bozeman, Montana area. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks, including:
-Managing multiple projects simultaneously, including project budgets.
-Managing your team and leading them to project completion
-Professionally representing our company to clients, customers and the community
-Maintaining contact with your team, clients, consultants and suppliers
-Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Job Requirements:
To apply for this positions, you should have the following qualifications:
-A minimum of 3 years staining/painting experience
-A minimum of 3 years project management experience
-Able to work at a fast pace, physically fit, hard working, and motivated
-Proven experience in project and budget management, preferably in construction.
-Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
-Ability to take direction and integrate with various departments inside the company.
-Strong knowledge of paint techniques, materials, and equipment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to adapt to varying workloads, job responsibilities, deadline fluctuations, customer relationships.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Take initiative to work independently on executing job duties, with minimal oversight.
