Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Burnsville, Minnesota. In this role, you will be handling customer service duties, answering inbound calls, and managing email correspondence. You will also be tasked with accurate data entry and utilization of QuickBooks for various office tasks. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. Answering inbound calls and resolving any issues promptly. Handling email correspondence with professionalism and accuracy. Accurate data entry to maintain customer records and other office documents. Utilizing QuickBooks for various office tasks, including processing customer credit applications. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when needed. Maintaining a high level of organization to ensure efficient office operations. Assisting in other office tasks as required. Ensuring all customer interactions are recorded and updated accurately. Regularly reviewing and updating office procedures for efficiency. Requirements Proficient in answering inbound calls effectively and professionally. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service. Proficient in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Skilled in email correspondence, demonstrating excellent written communication skills. Experience with QuickBooks for managing financial tasks. Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or certifications in relevant fields preferred.
