RRD is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic & motivated individual to join our team in Chanhassen as a Customer Service professional  Print industry experience is preferred but not required. We will train!  Coordinate production of printed materials, or print-related services for the company's clients. Maintain positive client relations through active engagement through all stages of the manufacturing process from initial contact through the final disposition of the product.
Responsibilities:Assess, plan and coordinate major aspects of projects/production on their own and in conjunction with production leadershipProvide and/or develop unique solutions to client concerns, process improvement, invoice reconciliation, proof of deliveries, etc.Ensure job instructions are entered and verified in the various manufacturing systems and queued into the production schedule.May provide pre-sales support with clients and discuss the manufacturing capabilities and requirements needed to produce a successful job.Maintain a complete understanding of work performed in order to assemble appropriate paperwork for timely billing.Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
