Description Robert Half is searching for a Business Analyst to join a Fortune 500 healthcare company. The role is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to a team that spans across the country. Your tasks will encompass varied areas such as template creation, process document development, data research, invoice review, contractor management, and vendor activity auditing.Responsibilities: Utilize tools like Excel and Smartsheet to design and develop templates for auditing data Assist in the creation, development, and testing of process documents Research various sources to gather and provide data for recommendations Review and verify the accuracy of invoices Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for contractors Audit vendor activity to ensure compliance and efficiency Use your intermediate Excel skills to create complex formulas and pivot tables Employ Smartsheet for project management and organization Demonstrate innovative thinking in managing budgets Support the team in maintaining direct relationships with business leaders and managing project-related activities behind the scenes.Requirements
Proficiency with Excel and/or Smartsheet
Accuracy in reviewing invoices
Experience managing contractor on-off boarding
Experience auditing vendor activity
