Description We are in search of a Senior Mananger of Business Development to join our team operating in the Edina area. In this role, you will be involved in the development and execution of business strategies, financial analysis, and leading cross-functional teams. You will also have the opportunity to utilize your strong analytical skills and experience with discounted cash flow modeling. Seeking strong experience in M/A work either on the buying or selling side. Salary up to $140K plus bonus. This is a hybrid model. If you are interested, please reach out to Steve Cashman on LinkedIn or call Steve at 612.446.5690Responsibilities: Develop and implement business strategies, considering industry trends and market dynamics Conduct financial analysis to guide decision-making processes Lead cross-functional teams to execute business strategies Utilize discounted cash flow modeling to aid in financial forecasting and analysis Engage in regular communication with executives, presenting findings and strategies Independently identify and solve problems, demonstrating proactive behavior Maintain a thorough understanding of broadband products and services Leverage your proficiency with Microsoft Excel to perform complex data analysis and financial modeling Draw from previous roles in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Finance, or Corporate Strategy to inform decision-making and strategy development Work in a self-directed manner, managing your tasks and responsibilities effectively.Requirements Holds a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Development role Proficient in Microsoft Excel Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills Has a proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth Able to understand the needs of the customer and able to provide a solution Knowledgeable about market trends and able to apply this knowledge to enhance the business Must possess strong problem-solving capabilities Demonstrates high-level interpersonal and networking skills Able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred Must have strong decision-making skills Able to travel as needed for business development purposes.
