Journeyman level candidates will:
Be licensed and registered with the MN Dept. of Labor and Industry
Hold a valid driver’s license
Have demonstrated project and time management skills
Lead and motivate less skilled apprentices and ensure work is done correctly and completed safely
Maintain project records of time and materials; sufficient to report daily, weekly and monthly progress.
Ensure company vehicle is stocked, clean and well maintained at all times
Have the ability to travel and work on call as necessary
All candidates must be able to pass a background check and random drug testing.
