Description Job Title: Construction Operations ManagerJob Purpose: To manage the construction operations and implement the project plans effectively, ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget. The candidate should have a strong understanding of GNAT charts to plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor tasks in the construction process.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all stages of project life cycle starting from the pre-construction phase, maintaining strict adherence to timeline and budget.

Lead project planning activities and help teams to understand the job scope.

Develop and manage project schedules using GNAT charts, ensuring that all tasks are assigned to the right teams or personnel and that deadlines are met.

Review project specifications and work scope regularly and solve potential issues or setbacks.

Evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback for improvement.

Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the industry.

Maintain strict safety standards on the construction site to protect workers, contractors and other personnel.

Facilitate communication and act as a go-between for various project aspects like interpreting project plans, job briefings, safety meetings and more.

Ensure that construction projects comply with all industry laws and regulations.

Regularly report project updates to senior management and adjust schedules as necessary.

Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.

Previous experience working in the construction industry, ideally in a managerial role.

Proficiency in project management software, including GNAT charts.

Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.

Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
