About the Role
The Maintenance Manager oversees the repair, upkeep, and cleanliness of all seven RITALKA facilities across MN, SD, and WI.
This role includes building maintenance, light construction, grounds care, snow removal, fleet upkeep, and supporting facility improvement projects.
Maintain buildings, systems, and equipment
Manage facility upgrades and contractors
Oversee janitorial standards
Grounds care & snow removal planning
Support fleet maintenance
Assist with long-term facility planning
What You Bring
5+ years of maintenance or construction-related experience
Solid knowledge of building systems
Strong communication & multitasking skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
Frequent travel required (using a company vehicle); valid driver’s license with a good driving record required
