Description Must be local to MNWe are seeking an experienced Epicor Specialist to join our team. The role involves providing effective leadership, resolving tickets, and guiding new project development. Your input will be instrumental in advancing and optimizing our global manufacturing and distribution operations.Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day function, security, reporting, and maintenance of the Epicor Kinetic ERP system ensuring consistency and reliability.
Design, sustain and customize reports and dashboards
Address and resolve Epicor Kinetic-related issues and handle IT Help Desk Support requests accordingly.
Create and implement processes, procedures, and provide group training on ERP functions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of implementing and supporting Epicor Kinetic, especially in ARM (Advanced Requisition Management) and FP& A (Financial Planning and Analysis) modules in an increasingly complex global manufacturing and supply chain distribution network.Interested candidates should contact Sally Lander at 612.249.0254 or submit resumes to sally.lander@roberthalf.(com). Robust computer literacy skills, particularly in Epicor/Kinetic ERP Systems
Thorough grasp of serialization and tracking mechanisms
